Most often, people write letters to complain. This letter is not that type. I am writing to inform you how pleased I am with my Realtor, Scott Adamson of RE/MAX of Naperville.

I put my home on the market in January. Prior to then, I interviewed several Realtors, in person or by phone, to get a feel for what they were like and at what price my house could be listed. One firm didn't even get past my initial phone call!

Scott Adamson was most professional, he sold his services to me as well as those of RE/MAX. He applied for the job of selling my home, as opposed to simply getting a listing. He did not tell me what price to list at, he assisted me in selecting a price. The materials he used to market my home were outstanding quality. His advertising met all of my expectations. Most importantly, he treated me as a person and not just another listing.

It is for all of the reasons, and others, I felt compelled to write this letter. I would not hesitate, for a moment, to recommend him to anyone and I feel the DuPage Association of Realtors should be aware of this. The sale of my home has been much more pleasant that other previous experiences and this is due to Scott's professionalism, knowledge, experience and ethics.
